Robbie Williams returns to Australia and New Zealand this November for the BRITPOP World Tour, performing in cities old and new, including his first Newcastle and Christchurch shows in decades. The British pop star announced a stadium tour that spans five Australian cities, representing both a homecoming for fans and a significant milestone in his career trajectory.

Robbie Williams announced his return to Australia for stadium dates across five cities.

The tour begins at Adelaide Oval on Saturday 7 November, followed by Melbourne's Marvel Stadium on Wednesday 11 November, Sydney's Accor Stadium on Saturday 14 November, Newcastle's McDonald Jones Stadium on Tuesday 17 November, and Brisbane's Suncorp Stadium on Friday 20 November. After Australia, he'll perform at Auckland's Eden Park before visiting Christchurch for the first time in 25 years, becoming the first international artist to perform at the city's brand-new One New Zealand Stadium.

The tour carries genuine significance for different reasons across regions. Newcastle marks Williams' first ever show in the city. In Sydney, the scale has expanded dramatically. Williams is performing at Accor Stadium, which represents his biggest Sydney show yet. The Newcastle announcement also signals something broader about the city's growing live music infrastructure. After wowing a national audience at the 2022 AFL Grand Final before returning in 2023 for a massive arena tour, which was followed last year as he brought in 2025 at the Sydney Opera House, Robbie returns this November.

Released in January, Britpop is a tribute to the famous 1990s era and features collaborations with the likes of Coldplay's Chris Martin, Gaz Coombes (Supergrass), Black Sabbath legend Tony Iommi, Mexican pop duo Jesse & Joy and Gary Barlow. The album represents a deliberate return to the sonic roots that shaped Williams' artistic identity in the mid-1990s.

Williams reflected on his relationship with Australian audiences. "Australia and New Zealand have always had a very special place in my heart. Ever since my first solo tours, you have welcomed me with open arms and made me feel at home," he said, adding that he was "beyond excited to be coming back this November for the BRITPOP World Tour."
